UPDATES: D.I.C.E. Portfolio reviews advice from Declan Shalvey

Declan Shalvey has kindly posted up a bit of advice on how to approach portfolio reviews and take advantage of a brilliant opportunity being placed on Irish doorsteps at the D.I.C.E. event coming up this month.
