UPDATE ON EVENT: Limerick Comic Con Postponed

UPDATE: We have been informed that due to events beyond the control of the organisers, this event has been postponed until further notice. The organisers wish to send on their apologies to everyone and as soon as a new date is made available we’ll let folks know.
The 28th of April in Kilmurray Lodge in Limerick will herald the first Limerick Comic Con. The brain child of Declan Costelloe, he has provided ICN with all the relevant info on the day.
The guest list is made up as follows:

Time: 10am – 6pm
Entry Fee: 2 euro per adult,1 euro per child or 5 euro for family ticket of 2 adults and two children.
Costelloe told us that: “The tables will have action figures, toys,comics, t-shirts, original art, model diorama, plus we will have comic writers and creators on board on the day to do a question and answer panel or critique portfolios, waiting to be confirmed but 99 per cent certain we will have a face painter for kids, plus a female fire breather out in the car park of the hotel depending on the hotel agreeing to a half hour display.”
Also that evening a band will be playing and a raffle will take place where all money raised from the raffle which is included in the entry fee is being donated to cystic fibrosis association.
