Don Conroy

Don Conroy is an Irish artist, environmentalist, television personality and writer of children’s literature. His artistic and literary work focuses on natural themes, including wildlife.
He works for wildlife conservation in Ireland and made regular appearances on The Den since it began in 1986, becoming the longest continually serving member of the cast. He has also appeared publicly at libraries, schools and elsewhere, where he entertains children with stories and drawings of various animals, in much the same capacity as his role on The Den.

Jennifer Farley

Jennifer Farley is an illustrator and designer. She draws pictures for children’s books, maps, apps, t-shirts, graphics for websites and promotional events. She is currently a director of Illustrators Ireland. Jennifer has a Masters degree in Design and has been teaching Photoshop, Illustrator and Design Theory for over 14 years. Jennifer is the author and illustrator of Island of Adventures which was published in 2018. She is originally from Dublin, but now lives the country life with her husband and two dogs, Otto and Knuckles.

Maura McHugh

Living in Galway, Maura writes in a variety of media, including prose, theatre, film, and comics. Her new collection of short stories The Boughs Withered (When I Told Them My Dreams) is out this summer. She’s written a number of comic book stories, including Judge Anderson for 2000 AD, Jennifer Wilde for Atomic Diner in Ireland, and a Witchfinder mini-series in the Hellboy universe for Dark Horse Comics. She’s also writing a Judge Anderson novella for Rebellion and a story in Ian Edington’s forthcoming Scarlet Traces prose anthology.

Fintan Taite

Fintan is an award-winning Illustrator based in Dublin. He works on everything from picture Books and Editorial Illustration to Comics, Advertising and packaging artwork. His line work and design sense is influenced by the classic cartoonists of the 1950s and ’60s and he still likes to get my hands dirty with ink and paint before using the computer to composite my work and add the finishing touches. 

He has illustrated the books How Billy Brown Saved the Queen, The New Cat, AN Bata Draiocht, and Ruaille Buaille and The Secrets of Grindlewood series

Dylan Quinn is a Freelance Illustrator, Designer and Artist currently living in Dublin Ireland.
